I enjoyed my first post so decided to chat again.
The most recent book I’ve just read is the new release by Rachel Schurig, Lovestruck Forever. I was supplied with an ebook copy of this book for an honest review.
This is the 3rd book in the Lovestruck series by Rachel Schurig however, I feel the book could be a stand alone novel also.
Lizzie and Thomas are no ordinary couple. Lizzie is Latin American and lives in the states and comes from a large close-knit and often overbearing family. Thomas is English and lives in Britain. They met in London whilst Lizzie was working overseas. Thomas was a struggling actor back then however, after a lucky break his career in acting was catapulted to a different level. The couple have had challenges along the way coping with this new stardom and the attraction it creates.
This story starts just after Lizzie and Thomas got engaged. Lizzie’s family are arranging a huge engagement party and at the moment the couple are happy for the over zealous family to plan this party. However, when it comes to planning the actual wedding the couple wish to do it ‘their way.’
Thomas’ career reaches fever pitch again whilst filming the starring role of a new movie in London. Lizzie is also trying to get her own writing career on the road.
Will the pressures from family to get married the traditional way cause disagreements? Can the couple cope with a long distance relationship? Is the couples life about to change for the better?
I really enjoyed this story, it was heart warming and fun and full of romance. I would recommend this novel for young adults and young at heart who like a modern romance with a touch of fairytale quaintness.
The book is now available to download from amazon:

I’ve been searching the net again for inspiration for tasty low fat meals and came across the most wonderful, informative site. I’ve made four recipes from the site so far but my favourite at the moment has to be Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps. I wasn’t sure about the lettuce wraps but it made the dish so light and gave a different texture. Find the recipe for this dish here: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/04/turkey-taco-lettuce-wraps-3-pts.html
The free ebook I recommended on my first post was brilliant, I love Milly Johnson’s books and I am looking forward to reading her next blockbuster The Teashop on the Corner due out on the 19th June 2014.
