Past secrets return to complicate Maisie’s future with the charming Sidney Daniels in the final installment of the Cornish romance series.

Picking up where book seven left off, Maisie’s plans to celebrate her book’s thrilling news remain on hold after Sidney has vanished from Port Hewer overnight, following a brush with his secret past. His departure leaves Maisie with a head full of questions and a heart torn in two, made even worse by the rumors flying about him through the town. Where and why has he gone? Will he ever come back again? And—foremost in Maisie’s mind—was the heartache from his younger days somehow to blame for his sudden and mysterious flight?

But when Dean convinces her that Sidney may be facing a choice that could ruin his life, Maisie must set out to find him, once again leaving behind the Cornish seaside haven of Port Hewer she’s come to think of as home, and leaving behind the answer to a secret she’s been longing to know since the beginning. Not knowing when or if she’ll return, she’s taking the biggest risk with her heart so far…and the truth she discovers waiting for her at the end of her journey will make her wonder if things can ever possibly be the same as they were before.

Questions are answered, secrets are spilled, and the biggest reveal of the series is finally unveiled as A LITTLE HOTEL IN CORNWALL reaches its exciting conclusion.

I am so pleased to be involved in the Publication Day Push for The Cornish Key to Happiness, the final instalment in the A Little Hotel in Cornwall series written by Laura Briggs.

The Cornish Key to Happiness is Book 8 in the A Little Hotel in Cornwall series, a series I’ve enjoyed learning about Maisie’s plight to find her favourite author and fulfil her dream to become an author. There’s been plenty of twists and turns along the way for Maisie but with all good series there has to be a finale.

I felt that this instalment held a bit of a foreboding atmosphere and I couldn’t guess which way the author would take lovely Maisie next. After the last instalment when we saw Sidney flee after a startling surprise from his past, understandably Maisie is very upset. She doesn’t know what to think, she doesn’t know where or why or for how long he has gone. Their blossoming relationship was doing so well and now the past that Sidney kept so well hidden has made itself known to him, is this the end for Maisie and Sidney?

Dean, Sidney’s best friend, persuades Maisie to find Sidney as he believes she is the only one that can talk to him. Maisie’s journey to find Sidney takes her to places she never dreamed of and she feels like her voyage has been wasted when she is met with obstacle after obstacle.

Laura Briggs takes the reader on an emotional trip with Maisie seeking out the truth of what the last 12 months in Cornwall have been about. Will Maisie find Sidney? Will we find out who the elusive author is?

A Little Hotel in Cornwall has been a charming read; full of hopes, dreams, adventure and romance.

A Stargazy Night Sky written and self-published by Laura Briggs is available NOW in ebook format.

Book Blurb

Starry autumn nights are bringing a rare celestial event and exciting new guests to the shores of the sleepy hotel Penmarrow.

Maisie is happy to be back among its staff, even with the question of its future ownership still in the air and the fate of her unpublished manuscript soon to be in the hands of London acquisitions editors. More than anything else, she’s happy to finally be in a relationship with Sidney Daniels, the sparks between them no longer denied. She’s excited for the future and things couldn’t be better with regards to romance … except for those lingering little questions about Sidney’s uncertain past, that is.

Meanwhile, the staff at the Penmarrow is tasked with hosting a special celestial conference where stargazers are gathering for a glimpse of the much-anticipated comet. The ever-timid maid Molly is flustered by the return of charming astronomer George and seems to need a little advice on how to rekindle the spark they shared last autumn. Hotel porters Gomez and Riley vie for the attentions of a mysterious female guest, the eccentric ‘Megs’ Buntly pays another visit, and a dramatic revelation about someone on staff will leave Maisie and everyone else reeling from the unexpected news. Is this the moment for the revelation Maisie has been waiting for since her Cornish journey began?

Brimming with humor, romance, and the kind of surprises its fans have come to expect, the seventh book in the series brings a twist at the end that’s sure to leave readers excited — and anxious — for the conclusion of Maisie’s original gorgeous Cornish adventure.

I’ve enjoyed reading this series by Laura Briggs about American Maisie who has dreams and aspirations to be an author. Maisie flew to Cornwall in the hopes of tracking down her favourite author, the last known details she had of the author was at the grand hotel Penmarrow on the Cornish clifftops. Maisie became a waitress at the hotel still in search of her dreams and of the author but she learned to love her job at the hotel and she soon became friends with another outsider to the area, Sidney Daniels. Maisie and Sidney’s relationship has left the readers with food for thought as each new episode reveals a little more about life and loves in Cornwall.

Maisie and Sidney have now taken the next step in their friendship and a courtship has bloomed, I love this tentative steps to a new life for them Sidney shows a new side to Maisie he is sweet and caring but there is still something in his past that Sidney is afraid to reveal.

This instalment in the series sees the hotel in chaos again as an astronomy conference is about to take place with the forthcoming comet due to light up the skies with clear views across Cornwall. Lots of new and interesting characters are arriving but astronomers are not the only interesting guests at the hotel, there’s a revelation or two to be discovered which could change the future for all concerned.

Another lovely instalment in this romantic saga set in Cornwall. Will Maisie’s dreams become a reality and will we get to find out who the reclusive famous author is? There’s intrigue and mystery, warmth and humour and a lovely romance on the Cornish clifftops.

Return to Cornwall by Laura Briggs @PaperDollWrites @rararesources #bookreview #ReturntoCornwall

Return to Cornwall written and self-published by Laura Briggs is available NOW in ebook format.

Book Blurb

The sequel novel to the best-selling UK series A WEDDING IN CORNWALL brings new surprises, romance, humor, and wedding bells, to readers who fell in love with the first stories.

Busy mother of two Julianne Rose has extended her talents beyond the manor house, opening her own event planning agency with the help of no-nonsense best friend Kitty. Balancing the chaos of daily life with their respective careers in their beloved Cornish village means Julianne can rarely snatch a romantic moment with handsome husband Matt. And just when it seems things couldn’t get any more chaotic, a sudden arrival at Cliffs House lands Julianne in the most unusual event of her career.

The reappearance of Percy or ‘the old earl’ after years of adventures abroad has temporarily shocked Lord William and Lady Amanda and set the entire village abuzz with gossip. Grizzled, spry, and delightfully eccentric, he’s returned with a most unusual set of traveling companions: an archaeological team digging in a spot whispered to have ties with the legendary Camelot. But it’s Percy’s ties with a certain charming woman among its team that has everyone taken by surprise, along with the news of their soon-to-be nuptials.

Tasked with planning the big day, Julianne and Kitty spring at this opportunity despite its rushed timeline and their own woes regarding the renovation of their future event space. But as the big day rolls closer for the earl and his bride-to-be – with cakes and wedding flowers competing with pottery shards and an ancient warrior chieftain’s grave for attention — are there still surprising revelations to come?

Adding to the excitement is the return of former Cliffs House maid Gemma, whose posh new life as a novelist may not be all it seems … and Dinah visits in a flurry of festive baking for a holiday competition on everyone’s favorite baking show. Kitty’s life is in a tizz regarding both family and secrets … and Julianne’s happy marriage is challenged by an unwelcome sexy-and-persistent suitor among the summer visitors.

Filled with old friends, new adventures, and heartwarming Cornish charm, RETURN TO CORNWALL is an all-new, full-length novel—the first one ever to feature the characters from the original series!

I am so pleased to be involved in the blogtour celebrating and promoting the launch of Laura Briggs latest novel: Return to Cornwall.

Return to Cornwall is a full length novel and sequel to the bestselling A Wedding in Cornwall series by Laura Briggs. I have to admit I have only read the first novella in the series so to go from book one to book thirteen took me a little while to settle in with the characters in Return to Cornwall. Although with the full and varied cast of characters laid out in front of me I was soon warming and enjoying this delightful bunch.

It was wonderful to return to Cornwall and the gorgeous coastal setting, I loved experiencing life a few years on from when I first met Julianne and Matt and their lives have been blessed with two young children and they are also kept busy with Julianne’s event planning business and Matt’s horticultural expertise.

Julianne with her business partner Kitty thought they had experienced the biggest wedding of their careers but when an old stalwart figure from the village returns with a boat full of archaeologists searching for the lost remains of an ancient chieftain life for the events team becomes very interesting and the village is soon wrapped up in the history of the area.

Another villager has also returned to Cornwall bringing forth more excitement.

With life moving at different paces for the young couple Julianne starts to worry that their initial spark in the relationship has fizzled.

There are also concerns of matters of the heart from many other sub-characters in the storyline and you are left wondering which direction cupid’s arrow will point.

A story full of fascination with it’s archaeological references, full of fun, intrigue, warmth and romance.

When Maisie accepts a celebrated author’s invitation to mentor her, she finds herself leaving Cornwall behind on train tracks bound for the glitter city of Paris. Instead of making beds and serving coffee at the Penmarrow hotel in Cornwall, she’s making notes on her manuscript while sitting in a French cafe, meeting famous writers at private dinner parties, and trying to ferret the secrets behind the author’s unfinished future novel. It’s glamorous, it’s breathtaking … but it’s also an ocean channel away from the place that she loves, and, more importantly, the person to whom she just recently confessed her deepest feelings. Separated from Sidney by distance and circumstances, Maisie fears that their connection will be lost despite her words to him – and maybe because of those words, and the ones she didn’t allow him to say in return.

Meanwhile, there are plenty of things in her new life trying to distract her – the professional editor hired to critique her novel, the eager young literary agent who sees pie-in-the-sky potential for Maisie’s talent, but Maisie finds solace in the eclectic group of amateur writers into whose midst she finds herself by accident. Their critique and advice is fast becoming as important as the editors – maybe even more important than the published author Maisie believed held the keys to refining her skill.

But it’s missing Sidney that fills Maisie’s thoughts the most, along with her life back in Port Hewer, and she can’t stop wondering whether his feelings are the same as her own. His unspoken answer has become one of the most important pieces of her life, even as she struggles to match the pace of her new life and keep her dreams in sight. And when she unwittingly becomes privy to a seeming literary conspiracy, she must decide what to do in light of its truth – and decide what’s most important in her quest to become a professional writer.

Join Maisie in a whirlwind tour across two of the world’s greatest cities, filled with questions, dreams, and a chance for fame that she believed far beyond her grasp, as she discovers herself as a writer, and how to embrace an unexpected future on her own terms.

I am so pleased to be involved in the Publication Day Push for A Train from Penzance to Paris by Laura Briggs.

This is the 5th book in the A Little Hotel in Cornwall series and we continue from the cliffhanger from the last book when Maisie declares her feelings for Sidney but she also say goodbye to him and her life at the hotel in Cornwall.  Maisie has a dream to become an author and has been working at the hotel in Cornwall hoping to get a glimpse of her favourite author, Alistair Davies.  When she does eventually meet him and is granted mentoring advice from the esteemed author Maisie can’t believe her luck.  Her personal life is finally feeling like it’s about to change course but she’s about to pause this voyage as she embarks on a journey of literary enlightenment on a trip of a lifetime to Paris then onto London with her favourite author.

This was such an exciting opportunity for Maisie and I was thrilled to experience this next step in her career.  I loved travelling to Paris with Maisie, her partner in literary crime was effervescent, quirky and had a great social circle.  The introduction of new characters was a great change of storyline and I found myself falling for the charms of Arnold and Michael, two very unique personalities a little lost in their worlds but I feel great things are to come from these two and I hope the author treats us to snippets from their new journeys.

The ending of this instalment once again left us with longing for the next book, before reading this I felt like I knew some answers to my questions in my head but now I’m all confused and have more unanswered queries.  Also, what is to become of Maisie and Sidney?  Was it absence makes the heart grow fonder or is it too late to mend the gap that appeared in their friendship?

A Little Hotel in Cornwall is a fabulous contemporary romance series that keeps getting better and better.

Celebrities and collectors form a crowd that is keeping Maisie and the rest of staff busy, even as Maisie faces a crossroads for her manuscript.

But when the diamonds are stolen and Sidney is accused by the authorities, Maisie’s dilemma as a writer is pushed aside out of fear that his future in Port Hewer is in jeopardy. Desperation to prove that someone else is behind the theft will lead Maisie to uncover a very different secret outside of jewel thieves and village rumors … one that could change her life and her future forever.

I am so pleased to be involved in the Publication Day Push for the next instalment in Laura Briggs A Little Hotel in Cornwall series: The Cornish Secret of Summer’s Promise.

This is book four in A Little Hotel in Cornwall series and our would-be writer Maisie is still no where near her dream of becoming a published author.  However, after spending nearly a year in Cornwall working at the prestigious hotel on the clifftops Maisie feels like she has gained much more.

The hotel is excited for the next big event, a celebrity auction of jewels and memorabilia that once belonged to a Hollywood actress.  The hotel is in chaos as security is tightened and new guests arrive to view the artefacts.  However, disaster strikes and a theft occurs and it doesn’t take long before the finger of suspicion is pointed to a few of our well loved characters.  Can Maisie help herself and her friends find the thief?

The author, Laura Briggs, has filled this instalment with so many twists and turns that I didn’t foresee.  I thought I knew who was what but Laura Briggs has given us a book filled with many treats and surprises.  The ending was quite emotive but it’s left the author and reader plenty of new adventures to come.

Drama, mayhem, romance and the chance of a dream come true.

Christmas is coming to Port Hewer and the hotel Penmarrow, where Maisie is suffering a case of the holiday blues far from home this year — until Gavin, a young American businessman staying at the hotel through Christmas, talks her into joining him as his partner in the hotel’s ice sculpting competition in a mutual pact to enjoy the holidays to the fullest.

Meanwhile, Maisie experiences the village Christmas season vicariously through Sidney, and continues writing her Poe-inspired story with only Sidney aware of her secret novel. She soon learns, however, that criticism and praise go hand in hand when he takes issue with her latest chapters, which puts pressure on their friendship, too.

But is that what’s really the issue between them? Because handsome Gavin has more than ice sculpting in mind when it comes to Maisie’s time, which comes as a surprise to no one who’s seen them together. As Maisie faces this sudden romantic dilemma, she realizes what she wants most in her life … and faces a question of what her heart wants most, too.

I am so pleased to be involved in the blogtour celebrating and promoting the launch of Laura Briggs’ latest instalment in the A Little Hotel in Cornwall series with Sea Holly & Mistletoe Kisses.

I would highly recommend reading books one and two in A Little Hotel in Cornwall series as the story does follow on from each instalment and you can then receive the full reading experience and enjoyment of the characters, setting and storyline.  You can catch up with my reviews of Book One: A Little Hotel in Cornwall here and Book Two: A Spirited Girl on Cornish Shores here.

It was a lovely welcomed return to the hotel in Cornwall and to Maisie who has been working at the hotel a few months now.  Maisie is still writing her novel although she hasn’t found her favourite author yet, he appears to be incognito, however, she is striving on under how own steam and with a little help from local handyman, Sidney, who has become a close friend to her.  With the festive season approaching Maisie is feeling a little nostalgic and homesick but when a new hotel guest from America offers her support a friendship soon develops.

Maisie and Sidney’s friendship has been developing beautifully and you have a ‘will they won’t they’ feeling about possible romantic intentions between them but when Sidney spots Maisie with the American guest he becomes a little frosty and guarded with his feelings towards her.  Maisie soon becomes confused with emotions of the heart but with Christmas Day looming fast she feels she needs to accept her true feelings, hopes and dreams.

I’m really enjoying this series by Laura Briggs, it’s lovely to catch up with new instalments and continue with the blossoming friendship between Maisie and Sidney.  The myriad of characters working at the hotel are such fun and bring much colour to the hotel and the storyline.  I’m looking forward to the next instalment and wonder if Maisie will ever get her chance to be mentored by her favourite author, although I do have a sneaky feeling we may have already met the author?!

A fun, entertaining, charming series that leaves you wanting that little bit more …

It’s the career move of a lifetime, and Julianne can’t believe it’s hers: a position as an event planner at a country house in Cornwall, England, beginning with the wedding of a celebrity! If her old firm’s senior planner back in the States hadn’t fallen suddenly sick with the chicken pox, Julianne would never have found herself chosen for a life in one of England’s most beautiful coastal counties, surrounded by rugged shores, quaint cottages, elegant gardens and a house to die for.

But life in Cornwall isn’t exactly as Julianne imagined it. Her first bride-to-be is a resentful, petted snob, the groom is immature and bored, and the Cornish staff of Cliffs House has a difficult time believing that an event planner from a mid-level position can handle a wedding this big. And then there’s a personal matter — the handsome, sometimes charming, sometimes standoffish gardener Matthew Rose. He and Julianne have a strangely complicated relationship somewhere between friendship and attraction. But with a secret in his past, and a scheming bridesmaid plotting to have Matthew all to herself, will Julianne find a way to untangle her feelings and the problems of planning a perfect Cornish wedding?

I am so pleased to be involved in the blog blitz celebrating the 3rd Book Birthday for A Wedding in Cornwall by Laura Briggs.  I have to ask myself the question ‘Why has it taken me 3 years to grab this book and devour it?’  Honestly, as soon as I opened my kindle and started reading this utterly delightful novella I was totally lost in it’s charm.

Julianne has just been offered the job of a lifetime as an Events Planner at a country house in Cornwall.  She’s packed her bags and passport and is on her way, leaving her home in the states, to start anew in a small village off the Cornish coast.  Julianne has never been to Cornwall but Google has informed her of it’s natural beauty and ruggedness.  Julianne was enamoured with the country house and it’s coastline setting and couldn’t wait to start her new job, which coincidentally was a celebrity fuelled affair of a wedding that sounded like the perfect fodder for a glossy magazine.

A Wedding in Cornwall is the perfect summer read and is a brilliant start to what has been a best-selling series by author Laura Briggs.  We have the stunning natural beauty of the Cornish coastline, delicious sounding wedding fayre, beautiful gardens with a kaleidoscope of floral masterpieces with it’s own handsome gardener; a gardener that has smouldering good looks but sadness within his eyes.  Julianne has to create the perfect wedding fit for a celebrity couple and it’s entourage.  There’s plenty of fun and chaos with preparations for the big day leaving us with an entertaining read.

I adored this novella that captured my heart with all it offered and feel compelled now to read the rest in the series.

Happy Book Birthday A Wedding in Cornwall.

Struggling American waitress and aspiring novelist Maisie Clark dreams of becoming a full-time writer — even though in real life she’s just lost her chance at an exclusive writer’s mentorship program that would give her novel its big break. Desperate, she decides to take a chance and ask her favourite writer, a celebrated but reclusive English novelist, to help her find a second chance.

When she receives the author’s reply in an envelope with a Cornish postmark, Maisie decides not to take the writer’s half-hearted ‘no’ for an answer. With nothing to lose, she takes off for the author’s last known location, a beautiful hotel on Cornwall’s western coast. But when the hotel mistakes her for the latest applicant for a maid’s position, Maisie finds herself given an opportunity too good to lose … and a chance for a summer adventure far bigger than she ever imagined.

Surrounded by breathtaking Cornwall and working in an elegant hotel, Maisie’s world becomes one of secret identities, quirky friends, and unintentional mishaps — and despite reminders of past relationship disasters, a certain handsome, charming local resident Sidney Daniels has her conflicted about her heart’s desires, too.

Will Maisie find the chance she’s been waiting for — and a possible new romance — in her perfect Cornish summer?

A Little Hotel in Cornwall

I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. All opinions are my own and no content may be copied. However, authors and publishers may use elements of my reviews for quotes

I am so pleased to be involved in the blogtour celebrating and promoting the launch of Laura Briggs latest novella: A Little Hotel in Cornwall.  Firstly, I’d like to wish the author Laura Briggs a Happy Publication Day.  Oh my goodness I adored this novella by Laura Briggs and it’s the start of a brand new book series by her.

A Little Hotel in Cornwall filled me with so much joy and comfort but it also left me inspired for what lay ahead for Maisie and her dreams of becoming a novelist.

Maisie is a literary student from the States and when her dreams of mentorship by an accomplished author hit a ‘snag’ she decides to follow her dreams in an unorthodox way and find her own mentor.  Her favourite author, who’s personal life is filled with mystery and secrecy, lives in the UK and the only clue Maisie as of his whereabouts is the name of a hotel in Cornwall.  Maisie feels she has nothing to lose and much to gain with her Atlantic adventure about to start in a small coastal village in Cornwall.

A Little Hotel in Cornwall was such a delightful start to a new book series.  We soon learn to love our leading lady, Maisie, and are championing her dreams of becoming an author.  Experiencing Cornwall for the first time and this elegant hotel on the hill through the eyes of Maisie was charming and there was a lovely feel of idyllic escapism.  From the developing new friendships and the fun start to Maisie’s new adventure the author Laura Briggs has laid the perfect foundations for readers to be eager for more.

Delightfully charming, fun, romantic and full of feel-good vibes.  Can’t wait for book two!

Product Details (as per amazon page)

Quaint Lewis Cove is home to the charming three-story Victorian manor known as the Alice Wilshire Lending Library and its plucky librarian Peg Turner: the current hostess of the weekly Bronte Book Club, better known as the ‘Hopeless Romantics’ of all ages. Nurse Annette has been too busy working for love; mechanic Tim has missed the boat somewhere in his past; art student Sophie comes off as too unique, while tech geek C.J. has fallen—hopelessly—for the too-cool-to-care Llourdes.

With her vacation plans indefinitely on hold for the summer, Peg has decided to transform the ‘Hopeless Romantics’ into hopeful ones. But while she’s trying to help her fellow readers find romance, she’s avoiding her matchmaker friend Caroline’s latest blind date—only to see her best friend Cam, the ruggedly-cute-but-sometimes-curmudgeonly coffee shop owner fixed up instead. And that’s something Peg isn’t sure she likes.

Questions about love and last chances on her mind, and way too many books piled on her desk, will Peg succeed in finding romantic hope for anyone, including herself?

About the author:

Laura Briggs is the author of several women’s fiction and chick lit novels, with themes that range from wedding planning to modern Jane Austen. Even though she tends to write stories with a romance theme, as a reader she has a soft spot for mysteries, including those by Agatha Christie and Mary Roberts Rinehart. She also enjoys books by Jane Austen, Anne Tyler, Amy Tan, and too many others to name. In her free time, she likes to experiment with new recipes and tries to landscape her yard (a never-ending project).

I’m delighted to share a short extract:

“Evening everybody!” Caroline breezed into the coffee shop in her usual manner. She pulled off her summer scarf and dropped her shopping bags on the floor as she sat down at our table. “Did you see the repair work they’re doing on the highway? I had to cut across Ocean Lane in Valencia to get here from the city.”

Next to Stacy — and Cam — Caroline was my oldest friend in Lewis Cove. We had known each other in college; now she worked as a realtor with an office closer to the metropolis than town, and believed firmly that one’s social life should never slow down, no matter the time of day or the fatigue one might be feeling.

“Just a cup of black coffee for me, and a low-cal snack,” she said to Cam. “What’s with the book?” Her gaze fell on the copy of Jane Eyre.

“It’s mine,” I said. “I’m trying to recruit new members for the book club.”

“Was that tonight?” said Caroline. “Is that why you said ‘no’ to going out with Greg’s friend tonight?” Greg was Caroline’s current boyfriend — his friend was a blind date setup I had been stealthily avoiding for two weeks.

“A date?” said Cam. “You’re dating again?” He looked at me.

“For the record, I was never not dating,” I clarified. “I just haven’t met anybody with whom the interest is mutual. Not in awhile, anyway.”

“To qualify as ‘dating,’ you have to go out with them,” said Caroline. “Not just say you’re going to do it sometime, then keep giving them excuses for why you’re not available.”

“Those aren’t excuses, Caroline, those are reasons,” I said. “Friday nights, I’m always at the book club. I’m the librarian, I have to be there to unlock the door and let them in.”

“So? Get them to meet somewhere else. They can meet in Cam’s coffee shop. Lots of atmosphere and great beverages.”

“The music will drive them out,” said Cam, placing a low-fat granola bar in front of her. “I’m instituting an ‘all rock and roll, all the time’ policy come Monday.”

I hid my smile for this answer. “Besides, I like the club,” I continued. “I like being part of their meetings.”

“The Hopeless Romantics?” said Caroline. “There’s a reason why it has that nickname, Paige. They’re people who can’t find the right person because they’re too picky, or because they’re too blind to see the right person when it’s right in front of them. You are not hopeless — and you’re definitely not a fully-fledged romantic.”

“I have a romantic streak,” I said. “And it’s mean to call them hopeless just because they have a lot of free time and no romantic ties. They’re just trying to spend an evening with people they have something in common with. That’s the whole point of the club — an exchange of mutual ideas on literature.”

“Will you exchange mutual ideas with Greg’s friend next week?” she asked me.

“Maybe,” I said. “I’ll call him. We’ll find an evening we’re both free.” From behind the counter, Cam coughed noisily. I wondered if he had tried a bite of the low-fat granola bars he kept on hand for calorie-conscious customers.

Caroline leaned forward and lowered her voice. “Speaking of dating,” she said, “I have the perfect person for Cam.” She glanced to the side, making sure he was busy with a new customer.

Did I mention Caroline is an obsessive matchmaker, too?

I look forward to sharing my review soon …
